He is skillful in drafting invention and design application documents in the fields of general machinery, material processing, polymer material, nano-material, automotive engineering, etc. and has rich experience in preparing responses to office actions in the substantive examination proceedings, handling reexamination and invalidation cases.
Ms. Ellen Wan, China Trademark Attorney, China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd.
Ms. Wan has been engaged in intellectual property industry for over 25 years. She joined China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. in 1995, and is now serving as the head of trademark department responsible for supervising trademark matters in Hong Kong. Ms. Wan has extensive experience in handling trademark matters, including trademark prosecution, trademark search and watch, trademark cancellations, trademark opposition and appeal, licensing of trademark and domain name registration, etc. She has been for years providing strategic legal advice on trademark protection to enterprises including SMEs domestically and abroad.

Mr. Chris Cheung is the product development manager of BrandCharger Ltd., where he has co-developed several award-winning products with designers over a five-year span. Chris works with different designers to realize their dreams from design concept, prototypes to product launch.
